Mural discovered on alley wall while walking around downtown Kingsport - featuring two oversized children, hot air balloons, and church circle reference.

It appears that this mural was painted to emphasize the Kingsport FunFest festival as it appears the oversized children are adding items to the city. The churches represent the downtown historical district (Waymark Code: WM4RV7), while the hot air balloons are part of the very popular Breakfast with the Balloons (Waymark Code: WM4P67).

This mural cannot easily been seen due to several very tall evergreens which line the alley. The one picture of the upper left corner may have the artist name, but I cannot clear read it.
