Found this azimuth disk while waiting on son to finish up with after school activity. Specific directions given below.
The AZ mark was buried under 4-6" of soil roughly one foot in front of the witness post (not towards the street).

From the intersection of Fort Henry Drive/TN36 and Lebanon/Colonial Heights Roads, head south on Lebananon Road through the stop light. On your left you'll see Colonial Heights Middle School (and a witness post for Kingsport Benchmark 062). At the second school entrance, pull in and park. You'll easily see the second bright orange witness post.
