Located inside of the recently remodeled Broadview Library is the artwork known as .01: Pelorus .02: Mercator. This artwork was created by Theresa Batty in 2007. The artwork was inspired by one of the first celestial and terrestrial maps used for navigation. The artwork hangs on a wall inside the library and measures approx. 6 feet by 8 feet. There are 4 cast glass blocks that sit upon a dark blue Venetian plaster surface.
