From 1949 to 1951, 195 (or 200 by some accounts), replicas of the Statue of Liberty were erected in 39 states by the Boy Scouts of America. All of the statues were erected to commemorate the Boy Scouts' 40th anniversary theme, "Strengthen the Arm of Liberty."
This one may possibly be one of the Miss Liberty's that were erected by the Boy Scouts.
