The Sunset Pavilion was dedicated in 1995 to honor Senior Citizens, and is one of the most popular resting spots in the area. From here, you can view the Delaware Bay to the west, The Atlantic Ocean to the South, & the Promenade to the East. And of course you're guaranteed an unobstructed view of the sunset...weather permitting.
