The Country Squire Modelers flying site is located at Sherwood Island State Park, in Westport, CT. The club has two paved runways and a pit area. To fly at Sherwood Island you must:
Be a paid-up member of the club.
Be a paid-up current AMA member.
Know the frequency of your radio transmitter and receiver.
Have a frequency pin to put on display when your transmitter is on.
Be with and under the guidance of a Mentor Pilot, if you're a beginner.
