This is the famous Gooderham Building, also known as the Flatiron Building in Toronto. It was built in 1892 and was designated a historic site in 1975. it is of red brick construction with a copper roof. The rear of the building sports a large mural.

Although not open to the general public, one can still enjoy a pint at the Flatiron restaurant on the ground floor.
