His parents, Jackie and Mike Adams, were at the forefront of the effort to get a skatepark built, and it became a community project with wide-ranging involvement. Donations totaling over $330,000 were raised on the former Cloud Park land.
The Skate Park is currently open from dawn to dark, 365 days a year excluding hazardous weather conditions.
It appears that the evenings switch back and forth between boarders and bikes. Tonight it was bikes as seen in the gallery.
I posted this place as locationless cache GC9680 back on 11/4/2005 before this type of cache was closed down, but the park was almost finished being constructed.
