I'm not sure how long ago the The Tioga County Courthouse was built, but the cornerstone states that it was rebuild in 1931. A second wing was also added many years later, as it looks almost like two courthouses next to each other. This courthouse is also a fallout shelter, if the time ever comes that we need one!
