omasello Winery's vineyards are in the Atlantic and Camden counties of New Jersey. The vines grow in a sandy loam soil with a clay bottom. The soil is somewhat acidic (have you ever tasted the famous Jersey Tomato?) which benefits the acidity of the wine.
