This survey mark is a rod in a metal sleve and is located about 8' N of the N edge of Walnut Street (now a pedestrian walkway on the island), and is about 50' W of the W end of the Walnut Street Bridge.

To reach from Harrisburg at Walnut Street - Proceed WSW on the Walnut Street Bridge to City Island & the mark on the right on the N shoulder. Lid is level with the ground.
