This center cupola caboose, I believe to be an ex B&O based on the markings on the truck sideframes (B&O RR) and the depot that it sits behind is an ex B&O depot. Its number is C2031.
The caboose sits behind a 0-4-0F locomotive and beside a semaphore
signal.
