This Art Nouveau structure houses a lofty dome, stained glass windows and carved faces of women representing Prague as the 'Mother of Cities'.
Hlavni Nadrazi train station is split over several levels. There are various facilities, including cheap left luggage open 24 hours. Luggage storage is available both over the counter and in large lockers.
Food stalls are abundant. Plus there are bureaux de change, an ATM and information services. This includes a small Prague Tourist Information Office in the centre of the lower hall, open daily, all year round.
