It was a big day. Everyone who could get there was on hand applauding old Deacon Landy as he ran down the tracks ringing a welcoming cowbell. An assortment of drummers and fifers escorted the awesome ten-ton locomotive as it slowly pulled coaches filled with waving passengers.
