The coordinates are for the Farmers Market sign.
The Kingsport Farmer's Market has moved and expanded significantly since this waymark was originally created. Prior to 2008, the market met in the Shelby Street Parking Lot behind the Downtown Kingsport Public Library (Waymark WM4QP3). In 2009, the city cleared some of former Kingsport Press/Quebecor site to provide a new permanent space for the farmers' market. In 2011, one of the buildings was extensively renovated to create an indoor display area.
Market is Wed/Sat mornings - rain or shine - from 7AM to 1PM. Typical products available can be checked here. In September when the waymark was created were: Apples, Pumpkins (saw lots of them), Fresh Herbs, Squash, Green Beans, Sweet Peppers, Farm Fresh Eggs, Fresh Baked Goods, Canned Goods, Handmade Crafts, and Fall Decorations.
For those interested in selling what they "grow, make or bake", there is a $20 membership fee plus $10 set-up per stand per visit.
