The cam is designated as the Luray, VA Weather Cam on WeatherBug.com which is the nearest town. The camera actually is located on Skyline Drive in Shenandoah NP.

The Byrd Visitor Center at Big Meadows is at Milepost 51 and the view from the cam on its roof is looking towards Skyline Drive and the 'big meadow' beyond. The image refreshes every 15 minutes.
