This Tims is a standalone situated just off Barlow Trail. It is a favorite stop for truckers coming out of the industrial area to the east. They tend to park on the side of the road and hop in for coffee and donuts. It is also located right beside a large hotel where I have seen many guests make the trip over to grab a Tims coffee.
