ABOUT 12.3 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 28 FROM MCKENZIE PASS, DESCHUTES COUNTY, 13.9 MILES EAST OF MCKENZIE BRIDGE, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTH FACE OF A LARGE PROMINENT ROCK, 19.0 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE HIGHWAY, JUST ABOVE A WHITE REFERENCE POST.
