Yet another payphone off Interstate 81 Exit 59 in the Colonial Heights area at the Shell gas station (think yellow on building trim). Others so far are at McDonalds (closest to interstate on north sid) plus the Sunoco and BP gas stations.
Street address is 4222 Fort Henry Drive/Kingsport, TN 37663. Has a smaller pantry than the other two gas stations, but is only payphone on south side of the road. Plenty of space to pull off and chat.
