Bartlett Square in downtown Tulsa is where things are happening, especially when the weather is warm. The city spent over a year rebuilding the area, converting the old main mall to streets and putting in a traffic circle.

There are no traffic control signs but it seems to work. Drivers are very cautious.

If you are hungry there are two excellent sandwhich shops located right on the square. Billie's and Impressions.
