The Round Prairie Lutheran Church was founded in 1865 to serve the local Norwegian farming population. The original portions of the current church were built in the the 1890's and have been added to since. The church has an adjacent cemetery with graves dating to the early days of the church, many reflecting the Norwegian heritage of the area.
