The azimuth mark is located along the right-of-way on National Forest Road 76, just east of its intersection with National Forest Road 88.
We actually stumbled across this azimuth mark while geocaching in the National Forest. Spotted a witness post and stopped to check it out, and there was the azimuth mark right next to it set in a concrete base.
We were unable to find any information about this azimuth mark on the internet.
