As of July 2010, it is reported that this has been replaced by "Potomac Mini-Mart". You can get ice cream here, but since it's no longer an ice cream parlor, I have market it as CLOSED.
They sell soft serve, hard-packed ice cream, smoothies, and ice cream novelties. Limited seating available.
