The Tourist Church consists of four contributing buildings and two contributing structures. All the buildings reflect elements of Mediterranean Revival and/or Mission Revival styles. This property consists of the Tourist Church, constructed 1929; Moseley Hall, constructed 1939; Tullis Lodge, constructed 1943; the Education Building, constructed 1950; an arcade, constructed 1939 and a fountain, constructed circa 1939. Since the 1960s, the church has been the Seabreeze United Church.
