Most people are oblivious to the fact that a railroad once existed just above the beach between Pacific Beach and Moclips, Washington. The roadbed is still there, but is full of brush. It would make a great pedestrian/bicycle path. The original railroad went only as far north as Moclips and went south and east to Aberdeen and Olympia. The purpose of the railroad was to bring tourists to Moclips before the advent of the automobile.
Bridge Type: Girder
