Under a railroad underpass in a town known for his steel mills

Braddock is the current site of the operating steel mill closes to the city of Pittsburgh (all the ones within the city limits of Pittsburgh are now closed). Most of the homes in the surrounding are either boarded up, or dilapidated, or the residence of old steel mill workers in their 70s or 80s.
There is somewhat of an artistic renaissance right now since a new mayor got elected, a young person that graduated from Harvard Universiy, and has taken a maverick approach in revitalizing the depressed town.
