This memorial is located in an industrial park. The R.E. Michel Company, LLC maintains it. The flags are always flying, there are usually three flags--State Flag of Arizona, The United States Flag "The Star Spangled Banner" and The Companies Logo Flag. There is a plaque at the front of the memorial and a sign on the wall.

 Description of Memorial: This was drawn to our attention while Geocaching, as a virtual called "POW/MIA Place". It's tucked away in a business park with lawns and trees. It's nothing ostentatious, just a quiet remembrance of those who served.
