Who Put it Here?: Ash Tree: VFW Post # 2671; Stone: The City of Benton.

Description of Memorial:
On the left of the Benton Municipal Building is the Veterans Memorial, while on the right side is an equal marble stone for a Coal Miners Memorial. It balances the Municipal building in a full frontal view. The Veterans Memorial also includes 3 flag poles and directly in front of the flags is an Ash Tree, planted and dedicated to the WWII Veterans.
