This is a first for me I've seen giant flower towers but never a wind mill.

This is a none functioning Wind Mill it was built just to support the cell antennas.

Wind Mill cell tower on I 80 Vallejo

Cell is on private property can not get close to equipment.

A picture with GPS is required to log.
