[FR] La station de sauvetage de Ploumanac'h fut créée le 22 décembre 1912, lors de la mise à l'eau de son premier canot, le "Commandant Gentil".
L'ancien abri de sauvetage fut détruit pendant la seconde guerre mondiale, en même temps que le canot "Félix William Spiers". Il a été remplacé en 1948 par un bâtiment moderne, et en 1949, était mis en service le nouveau canot "Aimée-Hilda". En 1975 était mis en place un nouveau chariot pour le canot "Jean Denoyelle". En 1977 : rehaussement du linteau pour rentrer plus facilement la vedette dans l'abri (la mise à l'eau se faisait par l'arrière). Il ne subsiste aujourd'hui de l'ancienne station que la cale qui a été maçonnée, comme témoin de cette épopée.
Le canot "Jean Denoyelle" motorisé, en bois plastifié, mesure 12, 60 m de long, 3, 60 m de large, 1, 15 m de tirant d'eau et déplace 15 tonnes.
[ENG] The station rescue of Ploumanac'h was created on December 22, 1912, at the launching of its first boat, the "Commander-Gentil."
The former rescue station was destroyed during the Second World War, at the same time that the lifeboat "Felix William Spiers."
He was replaced in 1948 by a modern building, and in 1949, was put into service the new lifeboat "Aimée-Hilda."
In 1975 was put in place a new trolley for the lifeboat "Jean Denoyelle."
The lifeboat "Jean Denoyelle" motorized, made of laminated wood, measuring 12, 60 m long, 3, 60 m wide, 1, 15 m draught and displaces 15 tonnes.
