This memorial is located on a sidewalk in downtown Jacksonville. It can be accessed 24/7 although we don't recommend people go here at night. There are no costs associated with visiting this memorial, and there is parking available across the street at Confederate Park. This memorial includes plaques on both sides and you must read both plaques to answer the questions below.
