Currently used as a residential apartment building, the McClure school of North Braddock Township is a brown brick stand-alone building on Electric Avenue, located in a narrow valley between two hills. The valley empties itself on Turkey Creek, whose plain shores is the site of numerous mills that once were operating at full capacity, and are now in state of semi-abandonment.
