Coraopolis has thrived in the past during the glory years of the steel industry. Mostly known as a river bank town next to Neville Island and its industries, the town now is known for inexpensive housing for workers that need to be near the Pittsburgh International Airport.
The building is currently used as rental apartments, "StateVue Apartments".
