[FR] Le 21 mai, pour signaler le lieu de l'organisation du 75e congrès de la Fédération française des associations philatéliques, est émis un timbre de 0,46 € représentant un panorama historique de la ville de Marseille.
Le timbre au format panoramique est dessiné et gravé par André Lavergne pour être imprimé en taille-douce en feuille de trente exemplaires.
Il est retiré de la vente le 13 décembre 2002. Il s'en est vendu environ 7,58 millions d'exemplaires.

Pour prendre une photo identique à l'image présentée sur le timbre, il faut se rendre au Palais du Pharo (les coordonnées de ce waymark). Cet endroit permet une vue panoramique sur les fortifications de la ville de Marseille, de son port et de ses principaux monuments.

The stamp is in wide format designed and engraved by André Lavergne to be printed in intaglio sheet thirty copies.
It was withdrawn from sale on December 13, 2002. This has sold about 7.58 million copies.

To take a picture identical to the image shown on the stamp, you must go to the Palais du Pharo (given coords). This place allows a panoramic view of the fortifications of the city of Marseilles, its port and its major monuments.
