Located in Hartford's Bushnell Park, the arch was dedicated to honor the 4,000 Hartford citizens who served in the Civil War and the 400 who died for the Union.

Thursdays from May through October, the Arch is open to the public. Free guided tours are offered from noon until 1 p.m., donations are requested.
