Not sure what to say. I saw this statue from my motorcycle while passing thorough town and took a photo of it. I thought it was cute. Then while getting fuel west of this town, I talked with two teenage girls and they told me the statues were just put up and they, the statues, were supposed to replace signs in town. The girls both thought the idea was silly. This one is supposed to replace "keep our streets clean, place trash here" sign. There are a couple of kids reading books to replace the library sign, and a policeman (obvious) and a fireman (obvious). The girls said there were a bunch of them. I probably should have gone back and took pictures of some more, but I did not. I had a long ride to Missouri in front of me. Maybe someone from up that way will make a side trip and find the others.
