Funny Flowers on a Bike Rack - Bothell, WA - Abstract Public Sculptures on Waymarking.com

These flowers kind of look like they are a real species but they kind of don't too. There is no plaque or anything. This bike rack has been around longer then the flowers. One day after the library renovations these flowers just sort of popped up.

UPDATE: The library has put in a brand new self check in system. It allows the person returning the book check the book back into the library. The system was installed in the wall right where the bike rack was so they moved the racks closer to the entrance. The bike rack was moved right next to the entrance which is a better location overall. The sculptures actually look better with brand new coats of paint. Added pictures
