Queen Victoria was the monarch of the United Kingdom from 1837 to 1901 - a period of 63 years and seven months.

With such a long tenure on the throne, Queen Victoria saw and helped influence a period of great expansion of the British Empire becoming the foremost global power of the time. Her reign was part of the Industrial Revolution, a period of significant social, economic, and technological progress in the United Kingdom which also attributed to England power.
