He stands proud next to the Monaro Highway in the Southern part of the ACT on the road to Cooma and the Snowy Mountains.

Unfortunately, either by vandalism or a big storm, he collapsed onto the ground in 2005. He was re-created again late 2006 and looks slightly different, 3rd pic.
He is not promoting anything, no signs, nothing! He is on the edge of a farmers property adjacent the highway.
