Located in the building and parking lot of a defunct cinemaplex, the indoor flea market occupies the former theather building structure, while the outdoor vendors occupy the back parking lot. Outdoor vendors show up on saturday and sunday (sunday is better), beginning at 8 AM. There are two produce vendors. Among freshly-cooked food vendors is a vietnamese that grills chicken-on-a-stick. There is no entrance fee for customers, and the fee for vendors is about $18. Handicap parking available closer to the outdoor vendor's parking lot right past the entrance booth on the right of the CinemaPlex building. Most of the vendors migrated to this site when the East Land Mall was closed and demolished in 2003.
