This is 1 of several memorials in the Wesley Bolin Memorial Park across the street from the capital building in Phoenix.

The Korean War Memorial is a stylized pagoda with a ceremonial temple bell weighing approximately two tons. The trees in the planters are Acacia, indigenous to Korea.

There is a serenity in this structure. Although it is located in a large park it is very peaceful here. In the spring the scent of the flowers is all around.

Take a moment to reflect while enjoying the beauty of this site.
