According to the City of Seattle Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, this art work is named "One Hundred and Twenty Ancestors" and was created by Marita Dingus in A.D. 1995. However the plaque displayed next to this art work says that it is named "88 Children at Delridge" and it was created by Marita Dingus in A.D. 1994. When I was unable to find art named "One Hundred and Twenty Ancestors" in the Delridge Community Center, I thought that perhaps it was replaced by what I found there. I checked the City of Seattle's web site and found that the art I found is mislabeled. See this URL:

Although I could see the art being renamed, I am surprised by the date difference.

By the way, it was suggested to me that perhaps there were originally only 88 children depicted in this work, but that more were added the following year. I've just counted the children in this display and there are only 88 shown there. The Children's Screen, a similar piece of work, only has 11 children shown, so the two combined only depict 99 children.
