The plaque is on a wall that has a door going from the plaza to the underground garage. It's on the right side of the city hall plaza. The capsule reads:
"Palo Alto Centennial 1994
has been placed within these walls
four time capsules
to be opened in 2019, 2044, 2069, and 2094."
