For many years, a Blue Plaque marked the exact location of one of most famous addresses in literature - 221B Baker Street.

The Blue Plaque has recently been moved further north from its original location to accommodate development (if you peek throught the construction fencing you can see the former space) and to allow the Sherlock Holmes Museum the honor of owning this address.

Visiting the doorway is free, but there is a £6.00 fee for the museum.
