Ok so it's not a big city event but here in our quaint little town (formally a village) this is big time stuff. The Rotory Club puts on a week long tour of their Haunted House leading up to Halloween. Tour takes 20 min in small groups and it has live action people mixed with scary and goulish decorations. Children under 5 not allowed and it's popular with the teenage crowd. People and things appearing out of the dark is the scary part. Lines ups can take you 20 to 30 min of waiting time
