This memorial is to all the POW's from Cedartown and the Polk County Georgia area. The names of the individuals listed are from WWI, WWII, and Korea. Fortunately there did not appear to be any from the Vietnam War. The surrounding Veterans Park is amazing and very beautiful. I would encourage anyone interested to spend some time here and reflect on what the people honored here have sacrificed for all of us.
