The historic Oceanview neighborhood has an eclectic mix of historic structures, service-oriented businesses, municipal facilities, and even an interesting benchmark. Plus, it's called the "Little India" of Berkeley, and although there's not a category for South Asian restaurants, this place is overflowing with restaurants serving delectable spicy fare.
