Spanning Pine Brook, with a nice little rocky stretch below.
I assume it's active only because there was a crew working on the tracks 100 yards or so down the line.
"Iron Bridge" appears to be a locally accepted name, as there is a short dirt road adjacent called Iron Bridge Loop.
