This fountain is located at the waste water treatment plant in Edmonds, WA. It makes you think where the water is coming from for this fountain when you look over the walls at the nearby park. You see huge sewage mixer things. Then you see water coming up nearby and it being fed by a fountain. I don't know if I would put my hand in there! The fountain itself is pretty cool! It pushes water up pipes in such a way it creates a kind of water skirt around the pipes.
Nearby there is a park and a cache called
Septic Cache.
