This lion is one of a pair at several entries to Brookshire in Carmel, Indiana. Brookshire was first built in the early 1970s when I first moved here and has been added on to. There is an eighteen hole golf course as part of the neighborhood and also quite a few caches within a mile away.
I have seen quite a few lions over the last few months but these caught my eye a while back and I had to return.
This lion was the only one that I have seen with a crown to show that he truly is the king of the jungle.
